WOO Sports Limited ("WOO", "we") runs woosports.com, the WOO shop, the WOO apps and WOO sensors. This policy explains which personal data we use and why.

Who we are

What we collect

• Account details: name, username, email address, password and profile photo.
• Orders: name, addresses, phone number and order history. Payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see your card number.
• Sessions: data from WOO sensors, your phone and your watch, such as jump height, airtime, landings, GPS tracks and 3D data.
• Location: your precise location while you record a session, and your live location while WOO Safety is on.
• Apple Health: workout data, only if you connect it.
• Content you post: photos, videos, clips, comments, events and teams.
• Technical data: device, app version, IP address, crash reports, how you use the app, and cookies on our website.
• Messages you send us.

Why we use it

• To run your account, the app and the shop, and to deliver your orders and help you. We need this to provide our services to you.
• To show your sessions on leaderboards, in events and in the community. What else is public depends on your settings in the app.
• To share your live location through WOO Safety and to connect Apple Health, only with your consent. You can switch these off at any time.
• To keep WOO secure, prevent fraud, keep leaderboards fair and improve our apps. This is our legitimate interest.
• To keep tax and accounting records, as the law requires.
• To send newsletters, with your consent or because you bought from us. You can unsubscribe in every email.
• To use analytics and marketing cookies on our website, only with your consent.

We do not sell your data. Data from Apple Health is never used for advertising and never shared with others.

What other people can see

Other riders can see your username, profile photo, the sessions you post, your leaderboard results and the spot you rode at. Leaderboards and event results on our websites can be seen by anyone.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run WOO, such as Amazon Web Services for hosting, Shopify for our shop, payment providers, fulfilment and delivery partners, and tools for email, support and analytics. They only process your data on our behalf. Apple and Google handle data under their own policies when you use their app stores. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as your account exists, and order records as long as tax law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it. Leaderboard results may stay visible without your name.

Delete your account

You can delete your WOO account in the WOO Sports app under account settings, or by emailing support@woosports.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account".

We then delete your account, sessions, content and location data within 30 days. We keep order records as long as tax law requires, and leaderboard results without your name.

Children

Children under 16 may only use WOO with permission from a parent or guardian. Parents can ask us to see or delete their child's data at support@woosports.com.

Changes

We update this policy when needed. The date at the top shows the latest version.
