These terms apply when you buy from the WOO shop at woosports.com and when you use the WOO app, watch apps and websites.

Buying from our shop

Orders and prices

Prices for deliveries in the EU include VAT. Prices for deliveries outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Canada, exclude VAT and import duties. The carrier may charge these on delivery, and you pay them. In the United States, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel your order and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. If your parcel is damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will sort it out.

Returns

You can return a product within 30 days after you receive it.

• In the first 14 days, consumers in the EU, EEA and UK can withdraw without giving a reason. This is your legal right.
• From day 15 to day 30, you can return products that are unused and in their original packaging.

To return a product, email us your order number within those 30 days and we send you the return address. Send the product within 14 days after you contacted us. You pay the cost of sending it back.

We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost to your original payment method as soon as we have received and checked the product. If a product shows more use than needed to try it out, we may deduct the loss in value.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us. Your legal warranty rights apply, in the EU for at least two years after delivery.

Using the WOO app

Your account

If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of WOO. Keep your login details to yourself. You can delete your account at any time, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

What you post

Your sessions, photos, clips and comments stay yours. You allow us to store and show them in the app and on our websites, for example on leaderboards. Results you post to a leaderboard or event are public.

WOO has zero tolerance for abusive users and objectionable content. Do not harass others, post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content, impersonate anyone, or fake sessions. You can report content and block users in the app. We remove content that breaks these rules and can close the accounts of users who post it.

Safety and measurements

Kiteboarding and wingfoiling are dangerous, and you ride at your own risk. Measurements are estimates. WOO Safety is not an emergency service and can fail, so in an emergency contact local emergency services. WOO products are not safety equipment.

Changes to the app

We keep developing the app and may change or remove features.

General

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Apart from that, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our liability is limited to the price you paid, or EUR 100 for the free app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
